Clown Model

Alcoves indicate a back entrance, a physical space between one destination and the next. The clown model uses a series of mirrors to create an infinite hallway and plays with the idea of an alcove acting as a fringe between reality and the fantastical. Lit only by the nose of the clown and a light in the hallway, small details contribute to a sense of discomfort and allure. Using various mediums like resin to capture the tiled floors and acrylic paint to age, the entire model is made by hand
